About Queensland Country Dental Mount Isa

Queensland Country Dental Mount Isa provides quality, affordable dental care for Queensland Country Health Fund and Queensland Country Bank Members; and is also open to the general public.

We are excited to announce the practice has reopened in partnership with Dr Christian Weber of Isa Quality Dental.  This agreement ensures Queensland Country Health Fund Members will continue to receive the same affordable, quality oral health care our practice is renowned for.

We ask for your patience and understanding as we manage the volume of appointments due to the closure and provide services for as many Members as we can.  We are taking appointments from mid-September onwards at this stage.

Our Mount Isa practice provides preventive dental and general dental services for the whole family in fresh, modern facilities. We are committed to the provision of excellent dental care with a focus on patient safety and continuous quality improvement within the practice environment.

Our experienced team look forward to welcoming you. Remember you don’t need to be a Queensland Country Health Fund Member to visit us.

Patient experience

At your first visit your dentist will take the time to discuss your previous dental experiences and will listen to any dental concerns that you have.

The dentist will then carry out a full examination including digital radiographs and often digital photographs. Once this is complete your dentist will formulate a treatment plan taking into account the results of the examination and your concerns.

At Queensland Country Dental we believe strongly that healthcare is about shared decision making and you will be informed and consulted every step of the way.

Where there is more than one option for treatment, you will be given information about each option to allow you to choose what is right for you.

You will be provided with a written quote before any further treatment is carried out and informed if there are any changes to this once treatment is underway.
