The Voice of the Patient is an initiative of Insight Actuaries in partnership with the Australian Health Service Alliance (AHSA) and participating health funds, including Queensland Country Health Fund.

This initiative aims to enable Members who have hospital cover and have been recently hospitalised to share their experience by completing a survey.  Your voice as a patient will assist to improve the care and service provided by hospitals to our members.

Your participation is completely voluntary, and your responses will not be shared directly with any of the healthcare providers, staff or hospital personnel you interacted with.  Furthermore, your individual responses to the survey questions will not be disclosed to Queensland Country Health Fund without your formal consent.  The information provided will be aggregated with responses from other patients and used to improve the value and quality of healthcare services that the Health Fund secures for our Members.
