On your initial visit your dentist will take the time to discuss your previous dental experiences and will listen to any dental concerns that you have. They will then carry out a full examination including digital radiographs and often digital photographs. Once this is complete your dentist will formulate a treatment plan taking into account the results of the examination and your concerns.
At Queensland Country Dental we believe strongly that healthcare is about shared decision making and you will be informed and consulted every step of the way. Where there is more than one option for treatment, you will be given information about each option to allow you to choose what is right for you.
You will be provided with a written quote before any further treatment is carried out and informed if there are any changes to this once treatment is underway.
