On Tuesday, 4 July Queensland Country Health Fund’s employees and 70,000+ Members formally joined the HBF family with the acquisition of the Fund complete.

For our Members there will be no immediate change to their Queensland Country Health Fund cover, premiums, or benefits as a result of the acquisition. Members will continue to be serviced from existing Queensland Country Health Fund Retail Centre locations in Ayr, Earlville, Mackay, Mount Isa, Rockhampton and Townsville, the Northern Territory and our Contact Centre based in Townsville.

Through this acquisition both Queensland Country Health Fund employees and Members will be able to leverage the benefits of HBF’s robust scale whilst continuing to be supported and serviced by a Fund that has a strong cultural alignment and member-first ethos.

We look forward to continuing to provide excellent health cover for regional Australians and ensuring our Members are the centre of everything we do.
