Mango and coconut is a delicious tropical flavour combination! We love the addition of LSA in this recipe. LSA is a mighty seed mix of ground linseed, sunflower seeds and almonds, which is a rich source of protein, good fats, fibre, vitamins and minerals. Plus, it has a great nutty flavour!

INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup mango, diced and frozen
• 3 tbs lime juice (approximately juice from one lime)
• ¾ cup coconut water
• ¼ cup coconut milk
• 2 tbs coconut oil
• 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
• 1 tbs of LSA (a mix of ground linseed, sunflower seeds and almonds)

 

METHOD

Layer the ingredients in a blender from top to bottom. Blend on high for about one minute or until a thick, creamy texture is achieved. Serve cold – enjoy!


Serving Suggestion: Garnish with coconut flakes, diced mango and mint.
