Details

We've sent your private health insurance information directly to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), so your details should be pre-filled when you lodge your tax return through myTax or with a registered tax agent.

If your information isn't showing yet, don't worry. It can take a few days for the ATO to update its systems.

  • If you'd like a copy of your Private Health Insurance Tax Statement for your records, you can download it from the Queensland Country Health Fund App or Online Member Services.
  • You can also access previous years' tax statements through the App or Online Member Services.

Rebate Income Threshold Changes

From 1 July 2026, the Australian Government increased the income thresholds used to determine eligibility for the private health insurance rebate.

If you claim the rebate, it's worth checking that you're registered for the correct rebate tier based on your income. To check or update your rebate tier, go to Membership, then Government rebate in the App or Online Member Services.
