You have probably seen these viral TikTok videos of these certified delicious rice cakes. It's #KidsEatRiceMonth, and this recipe is the perfect treat to get all the family involved.

What we used How we did it
  • Ten rice crackers. We used the thin ones.
  • 80g Pana salted caramel chocolate (or choose your favourite).
  • 3 tsp of organic coconut oil.
  • 200g of vanilla or greek yoghurt.
  • One punnet of organic raspberries
  • One punnet of strawberries. Or swap out your garnish for nuts, goji berries or whatever your heart desires.
  • Break your chocolate into pieces and add coconut oil. Melt in 30-second increments in the microwave until melted.
  • Layer up! Spoon and spread your yoghurt out, making a little divot for the raspberries.
  • Add a few raspberries and smash up, so the chocolate sits evenly.
  • Add your melted chocolate. As little or as much as you like.
  • Freeze for 15-20 seconds just until the chocolate has hardened.
  • Now sit back and watch the entire plate disappear.

We also swapped out the yoghurt for some Mayvers peanut butter, a crowd favourite. Now sit back and watch the entire plate disappear!
