Members can now log in using their unique email address instead of their Membership Number. If you haven’t already, you’ll need to register for the first time or re-register to access your account.
What this means:
- You will need to re-register or register for the first time using the email address linked to your policy
- Members aged 16 years and over on your policy can have their own login
- Main policy holders can still view and manage everyone on the policy, unless another Member has chosen to keep their details private
- Members aged 16 years and over can manage their own membership details and claims securely and separately
Do you have a shared email address on your policy?
If the same email address is currently linked to more than one active person on your policy, you will not be able to complete your registration online. In this case
- Contact our team during business hours and we can verify the email address and remove it from other active records.
- Complete this form outside of business hours and we will action as soon as possible.
Once this is done, you’ll be able to register successfully. If you have aleady completed this thank you!
