2024-25 Private Health Insurance Tax Statements and changing rebate thresholds

Private Health Insurance Tax Statements will be sent directly to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) later this week. It may take a couple of days to filter through to pre-fill statements for those who are lodging online via myTax or with a registered tax agent . If you would still like to receive a Private Health Insurance Tax Statement, that’s ok, you can download our Online Member Services portal after 7 July 2025. Rebate income thresholds are increasing from 1 July 2025.

Private Health Insurance Statements will be sent directly to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO)later this week. It may take a few days to pre-fill for those who are lodging online via myTax or with a registered tax agent after 7 July 2025. If you would still like to receive a Private Health Insurance Statement , that’s ok, you can download one easily from our Online Member Services portal. Simpy select ‘Statements’ from the menu, select the person at the top and then select the download arrow beside the relevant year.  This will download to device or PC.

From 1 July 2025, the Australian Government is increasing the private health insurance rebate income thresholds. If you claim a rebate, you may wish to review the new income thresholds here and contact our friendly team with any updates required to your policy.
