INGREDIENTS

• 1 banana, cut into thirds
• 2 tsp honey
• ½ cup plain low-fat yogurt
• ½ cup fat-free milk
• ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
METHOD
In a blender combine ingredients and puree until smooth. Serve immediately.
