Now, that commitment has been recognised, with Queensland Country Health Fund named Canstar’s Most Satisfied Customers Award winner for Health Insurance in 2026.

Australia’s most satisfied health insurance customers

The Canstar Most Satisfied Customers Award is based on feedback from Australian health insurance customers about their experience with their health fund.

Health insurers were assessed across areas including customer service, value for money, comprehensiveness of cover, communication and cost.

Queensland Country Health Fund came out on top overall, with the highest scores for value for money and comprehensiveness of cover, as well as the highest customer service score of any health insurer assessed.

For us, that last one means a lot.
