We’re introducing person-based logins for the Queensland Country Health Fund Mobile App and our Online Member Service portal. All Members aged 16 years and over on your policy can setup and enjoy their own secure account. This means improved access, security and privacy for all Members.

To ensure everything runs smoothly, we need a unique email address for every Member aged 16 years and over on your policy. Updating your details only takes a couple of minutes.

Our person based login will commence in our Mobile App and Online Member Services from early 2026.
