Login to your Online Member Services (OMS) portal
Login with your Membership Number and password, or register now for immediate access.
To view your Rate Change Notice simply go to your inbox and select the Important Information communication.
About OMS
Did you know OMS gives you control over your policy. Normally, you’d need to call us to make changes to your details or policy, but with our OMS, you simply need to login (or register) from the top corner of this website or below to access everything you need.

- View your claims history
- View policy details including contribution details
- View your limits and remaining benefits

Log into our Mobile App using your OMS login credentials. Our App offers all Members 24/7 access to your membership. To view your Rate Rise Notification simply go to your Inbox within the App and select the Important Information communication.

Changes to benefits
Our focus is understanding and satisfying the needs of our Members. Queensland Country Health Fund exists to help people living in our communities live better lives through better health and improving our benefits is one of the ways we do this.
