Last year there was a change to the law resulting in health insurers supplying your Private Health Insurance Statement directly to the Australian Taxation Office(ATO). The information should be updated with the ATO and pre-filled for those who are lodging online via mytax or with a registered tax agent. If you would still like to receive a Private Health Insurance Statement , that’s ok, you can download one easily from Our Online Member Services portal. The ATO will have your Private Health Insurance Statement by 9 July 2020. We’ll update you when we’ve sent them to the ATO.
